After scheduling, you’ll receive a questionnaire about your dermatology history, skin concerns, and goals. You’ll also be asked to take a few selfies of your skin to send before your appointment.

In addition to questions about your skin goals, the questionnaire also includes questions about your desired skincare budget, where and how you like to shop for skincare, and how many steps you realistically will apply on a daily basis. This information allows for the most practical and efficient recommendations.

Before your visit, you’ll receive a text with the link to join your virtual video visit. You are guaranteed up to 30-minutes of conversation with Leigh to discuss all things skin and skincare! You’ll leave with a personalized treatment plan with detailed instructions and product recommendations.

After your visit, Leigh will send your prescriptions to the pharmacy. She will also email you a detailed summary of your discussion, skincare product recommendations, and specific links for easy purchasing.

As you get started, Leigh will check in with you via text every 2-4 weeks to monitor your progress. Feel free to send questions as they arise! For 3 months following your visit, you can directly text Leigh with any concerns about your progress, side effects, or skincare questions.

A 2-3 month follow-up video visit is recommended for most patients.
